Autumn Festive Board Recap 2025
On Friday, September 19, 2025, the brethren of Phoenix Lodge No. 123 gathered for a night of fellowship, reflection, and Masonic tradition at our Autumnal Festive Board. Held at the Perrysburg Lodge Building, this special evening blended timeless customs with modern insight, strengthening the bonds of our fraternity.

An Evening of Fellowship
The evening began with a lively social hour where brethren, visitors, and friends engaged in warm conversation. The spirit of brotherhood filled the room as glasses were raised in anticipation of the night ahead.
Dinner was served in true festive board fashion—complete with songs, toasts, and libations that reminded us why these gatherings remain central to the Masonic experience. Afterward, cigars and further fellowship rounded out the night, allowing brethren to reflect on the wisdom shared and the bonds strengthened.
The Guest Speaker: W. Bro. Daniel Molina
The highlight of the evening was a stirring presentation by Worshipful Brother Daniel Molina of Hibiscus Lodge No. 275, F&AM of Florida. His talk, “Hiramic Meditations: How Freemasonry Crafts a Stoic Lifestyle,” explored the intersection of Masonic teachings and Stoic philosophy.
W. Bro. Molina reminded us that the principles of self-discipline, reflection, and virtue are not only central to Stoicism but also deeply woven into our Craft. Through engaging stories and practical examples, he showed how the working tools of a Mason can guide us toward resilience, balance, and a purposeful life.
His Masonic journey is equally inspiring. Raised in Hibiscus Lodge in 2016, he went on to serve as Worshipful Master in 2020 and 2021. Beyond his leadership in the Craft, he is a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Miami, a Knight Commander of the Court of Honor (KCCH), and has dedicated himself to mentoring young men through DeMolay. His published works, podcast features, and active lecture circuit have made him a sought-after Masonic voice across North America.

A Night to Remember
With heartfelt toasts, shared songs, and meaningful conversation, the Autumn Festive Board was more than an event—it was an affirmation of our Masonic values of brotherly love, relief, and truth. Brethren departed renewed in spirit and grateful for the opportunity to gather in harmony.
We extend our thanks to all who attended, to Bro. Doug King for coordinating the evening, and to W. Bro. Molina for his profound words. Until we meet again at our next Festive Board, may we continue to apply these lessons of Stoic balance and Masonic virtue in our daily walk.
